At Kensington Senior Living, we promise to “love and care for your family as we do our own.” And that includes you. We strive to improve your quality of life as well as that of your loved one. So we keep up with the latest news and advances in health and wellness for seniors and caregivers, and we give you access to information and resources as we acquire them.
Join us this February as experts from Columbia University enlighten us with information about women, hormones and the link between dementia and menopause. Given that two-thirds of the nation’s caregivers are women and are at a higher risk of developing memory impairment, we thought it important to share the multiple steps you can take to protect brain health and reduce the chance of cognitive decline.
