Join Mary Kay Ross, MD, Founder and CEO, Brain Health & Research Institute plus Annie Fenn, MD, Certified Menopause Specialist, chef and culinary instructor, Brain Health Kitchen, as they discuss the connection between estrogen and food and women’s brain health. Doctor Ross will delve into women’s hormones, the pros and cons of estrogen replacement therapy as one of the healing brain protocols, and the effects of estrogen on women’s overall health and cognition. Dr Fenn will discuss how and what to eat to decrease inflammation and reduce cognitive decline and yummy foods to eat for proper brain health.
