Join us as Kensington Senior Living partners with Dr. William Mansbach, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mansbach Health Tools, LLC, to bring you an interactive, virtual presentation on reducing stress in healthcare professionals and the significance of the 15 for Me Program.

Based on the healthcare results indicating that stress can lead to poor job performance, staff turn-over, and a host of physical health problems, the ‘15 for Me’ program was developed to reduce psychological burden, improve job satisfaction, and improve staff retention through the use of an evidence-based approach. This is an employer-supported program in which staff are given time during the day to perform targeted exercises, incorporating physical exercise and a focus on breathing to maximize the benefits and enhance mood.
