What does The Kensington offer for residents who need memory care?

The Kensington provides memory care and services in two specially designed neighborhoods. Connections, is for residents with early- to mid-stage memory loss. Haven, is for residents with mid- to late-stage loss, and both are secured to enhance safety and to prevent wandering. Care managers and other staff are trained in caring for those with memory loss. These professionals are compassionate and service-oriented, and they strive to preserve the highest quality of life for each resident. Programs and activities are geared to capitalize on strengths, maximize comfort and relieve anxiety. Also, ongoing support is available for families to help anticipate and manage change.
