We invite you to an educational and interactive program for individuals with Parkinson’s and those who love them! Join us to get information about nutrition, exercise and strategies to manage Parkinson’s disease and learn about community resources that are readily available. This event aims to bring together individuals living with Parkinson’s disease, caregivers and healthcare professionals to share insights, strategies, and resources for managing Parkinson’s and improving overall well-being.

What to expect:

  • Nutrition: The Advancing Role of Nutrition and Parkinson’s Disease with Certified Nutrition Coach, Sabina Kelly.
  • Vocal Exercise: The Importance of Vocal Exercise When Living with Parkinson’s Disease with Matthew McKeon, SLP and the Parkinson’s Foundation of the National Capital Area, highlighting Matthew’s instruction of the Communication Club and it’s benefits.
  • Movement: Parkinson’s Kick Back Boxing Class! Benefits of integrating enjoyable movement in your everyday life.
