Dance for Parkinson’s Exercise Class
Join us for Dance for PD®, a fun and engaging class designed specifically for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease. Backed by scientific research, dance has been shown to support balance, mobility, coordination, cognitive function, and overall well-being, while providing opportunities for creativity, confidence, and social connection.
Whether you’ve danced before or are trying it for the first time, this class welcomes all abilities in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Through music and movement, participants are encouraged to express themselves, stay active, and enjoy the many physical, emotional, and social benefits of dance.
