Brain Health Series Part I: Can We Reduce Dementia Risk? Understanding Genetic & Lifestyle Factors

Join us for an engaging and informative discussion exploring the latest research on dementia risk and brain health. While some risk factors, such as genetics and family history, are beyond our control, growing evidence shows that lifestyle choices may play a powerful role in supporting cognitive health and potentially reducing dementia risk.
This presentation will examine the relationship between genetics, aging, and brain health while highlighting practical strategies that may help support lifelong cognitive wellness. Topics will include exercise, nutrition, sleep, social engagement, cardiovascular health, stress management, and other modifiable lifestyle factors connected to brain health.
