• Roasted Tomato Basil Bisque
• Filet Mignon with Garlic Herb Butter
• Flambeed Vanilla Poached Pear with Apricot Sauce

All with a great selection of French wine.

$65 per person per class or $100 per person for two classes on January 24th and February 5th. Classes may be purchased at Famille.
