Wellness Talk: Tai Chi for Fall Prevention

Join us for an engaging presentation on fall prevention featuring an interactive Tai Chi session by Jennifer Stahl, PT, DPT, CEEAA, Area Director with Powerback Rehabilitation.

Tai Chi is a gentle, low-impact exercise that improves balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility, helping reduce the risk of falls while enhancing body awareness and confidence in everyday movement. This session will include 30 minutes of seated Tai Chi exercises followed by a 30-minute fall prevention talk, where attendees will learn practical strategies and simple techniques to support safer, more independent mobility.
