Self-Care for Caregivers: Strategies to Stay Healthy and Resilient

Caring for others is deeply meaningful—but it also comes with real challenges. This informative presentation explores the essential role of self-care in maintaining the health, energy, and emotional well-being of caregivers.

We’ll address common experiences such as stress, burnout, and compassion fatigue, while offering practical, evidence-based strategies to build resilience and restore balance. Topics include setting healthy boundaries, recognizing early signs of overload, incorporating simple daily restorative practices, strengthening social connections, and making the most of available resources and support systems.

Participants will leave with actionable tools and a renewed understanding of how prioritizing their own well-being not only supports them personally but also enhances the quality of care they provide to others.
