Welcoming Our New Volunteer Ombudsman

Portrait of Anne Marie Sadler, volunteer Ombudsman in Falls ChurchPlease join us in a warm Kensington welcome for our new Volunteer Ombudsman, Ann Marie Sadler. We are absolutely delighted to have Ann Marie as our ombudsman. As an Ombudsman one of her roles is to advocate for quality life and care for residents in Assisted Living Facilities.

After college, Ann Marie taught middle school for seven years. She then received her Master’s degree from Towson State University. Ann Marie went on to work with the Federal Aviation Administration for 33 years and became the Director of Administration for Terminal Air Traffic. This is her fifth year of retirement.

As our ombudsman, Ann Marie will visit the Kensington community twice a week. Ann Marie has a mail folder at our Concierge desk where you can leave a personal note for her or even a request for a visit from her. We are pleased to welcome Ann Marie to The Kensington and thank her!
