Join us for Together in Care: A Guide to Shared Decision-Making for Seniors and Families at The Kensington Falls Church. This informative session is designed to empower seniors, their families, and advocates to make collaborative, respectful care and financial decisions—even when cognitive changes present new challenges.

In partnership with Nancy Fagan and Tippi Geron from Continuum Care Strategies, we’ll explore strategies to reach consensus while honoring each individual’s sense of self and independence. You will leave with practical tools for navigating sensitive conversations, ensuring that loved ones remain engaged and valued as active partners in their care.

Discover how shared decision-making can help families connect, communicate, and make informed choices that benefit everyone involved. .

A published author and expert witness, Nancy takes a collaborative team approach to solving problems, and is skilled at providing a calm way forward, even in the most intense situations.
