We are busy planting herbs and flowers. The warm weather and beautiful sunshine make for wonderful afternoons spent gardening. Haven’s Gardening Group meets at 3 o’clock on Thursdays.
Our residents started planting seeds in the last few weeks of April and they have already started to sprout. Haven planted Daisies, Sword Lilies, Rosemary, Spearmint, and Cilantro. We will be planting more herbs and plan on incorporating them into our baking and cooking.
Come and check out our garden on the third floor and get a chance to see our plants as they grow. What a wonderful way to celebrate and enjoy the spring weather.
