Join the Journey of Dementia Care: “A Glimpse into the Positive Approach to Care”- Part 2

Throughout this 3 Week series we explore the many facets of the Positive Approach to Care (PAC) with our Director of Memory Care and PAC Certified Trainer, Tonya Embly.

The Positive Approach to Care philosophy was established by Teepa Snow, an educator and occupational therapist with 30+ years of experience working with people who have dementia. The Kensington Falls Church utilizes PAC training and education throughout our building as a practical and compassionate approach to care. Tonya will dive into a few different aspects of PAC, how we use it and how you can implement these practices in your own interactions with your loved one.
