“Mo” Maghraoui joined the Kensington in September as our Dining Room Coordinator & Maître d’. Mo is responsible for ensuring that our dining services are exceptionally well executed. He is eager to serve our residents and families and meet their dining and catering needs. Prior to joining The Kensington, Mo worked for Whole Foods in addition to 31 years of owning or managing restaurants throughout the greater metropolitan DC area. We are delighted to have you as an integral member of our Dining team, Mo!
The Kensington also welcomed Stephanie Pounds in September as our Business Office Assistant. She will be responsible for daily business operations, including AP/AR, Human Resources and payroll. Stephanie and her husband recently relocated to the Tysons area from her hometown of Mississippi. She is currently attending Virginia College and will graduate in December with an AAS in Business Administration and will continue her education with New England College where she will pursue Bachelors in Business Administration. Stephanie comes to us with 20+ years of customer service and healthcare experience within a skilled nursing facility and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have her join us.
