A Message from Tanya Walker to The Kensington Family

Hello, Kensington Falls Church Residents, Family and Friends,

Everyone told me that time would fly after my daughter was born. I had no idea how fast. Life has been a whirlwind since Willa made her grand entrance and charmed her way into my heart. She is already a few months old! I am enjoying my new role as a mother, but I admit, I miss you all. So, I will be easing myself back into the workplace near the end of August.Tanya Andrew and New Baby Family Photo

I will continue to support the management and operations of The Kensington Falls Church community. But I am formally passing the baton to Amy Feather, effective immediately. Amy has not only made it easy for me to focus on my newborn, but she has also done a commendable job of “holding down the fort” while I have been away. I am grateful for her enthusiastic commitment and am confident in her continued leadership.

Please join me, the Kensington partners and leadership team to welcome Amy as your Executive Director at a reception on Wednesday, August 23 from 4 to 6 pm on our 2nd floor Terrace as we celebrate her well-deserved appointment.

In the meantime, enjoy the summer sunshine, and know how proud I am to have been a part of your lives as you’ve made The Kensington home.

My best to you,

Tanya Walker Managing Director of Kensington Senior Living
