Our new Assisted Living Activities Coordinator, Robyn Lighthammer, has an innate calling and desire to serve seniors and has been volunteering with numerous communities and organizations over the past 15 years. She has also launched several intergenerational programs which is something she is exceptionally passionate about! With over 20 years in corporate Human Resources, Robyn started a consulting firm which specialized in supporting small business HR needs. She recently decided that she was going to follow her true passion in service to seniors and found her forever home at the Kensington. Robyn lives in McLean with her husband of 20 years and two children and two “furry family members” (Leo a Bernese Mountain dog) and Juliette (a mixed rescue dog they adopted). In her free time, Robyn enjoys the walking the beach, hiking, traveling, fostering dogs, and spending time with her family! Welcome to the Kensington Family, Robyn!
