Join our Direct Care Training & boost your senior living career

The Kensington Falls Church invites you to embark on a transformative journey through our Direct Care Training. 

This 5-day, in-person, paid training program is designed for newly hired team members seeking to enrich the lives of our residents and advance their professional paths.

Led by Monica, our Director of Nursing Services and RN, the training covers hands-on experience and dementia skills and offers mentorship from our dedicated nursing team.

No prior certification (PCA, HHA, CNA) is required; this opportunity is open to all Care Partners.
