Senior living careers: A promising job outlook in 2025
If you’re looking for work right now, senior living is one of the few fields that isn’t slowing down or being disrupted by new technology or AI.
Our population is getting older fast, and that means more people than ever need support in assisted living and memory care. This trend is expected to continue for the foreseeable future.
The many job types in senior living
At The Kensington Falls Church, we’re actively hiring across many departments—not just for RNs, LPNs, and Care Partners.
A common misconception is that senior living communities only need nursing and caregiving staff. In reality, a full team is needed to ensure smooth operations, from dining and maintenance to life enrichment and front desk support.
If you’re looking for steady work with long-term potential, we likely have a role that fits your skills. No matter the position, the work you do here will directly impact the lives of the people we care for.
